Construction Cost Estimate

With the end of the project quickly approaching, the team needed to create a construction cost estimate for the final design. The construction cost was created using RSMeans. A list of matierals and items was devised and the proper quantity for each material was collected using Civil 3D and google earth. The correct prices for each of the matierals were found using RSMeans. The cost from the materials was taken and an additional mobilization/cleanup cost was added at 5% the cost, as well as a profit/overhead which was added as 10% the cost. The final construction cost of the project was $1.1 Million.
